Day 2. : Flight from any mainland cities to Lhasa 3640m

– Fly to Goggar airport Lhasa and transfer to hotel.

Your guide meets you at Lhasa train station, drive for about 30 minutes to Lhasa city, check in your hotel.
For the rest of the day, we advice you to relax and rest at your hotel, apply to the high altitude. If you feel ok, you can have a walk at the Potala Square and see the night view of the Palace.

Day 3. : Full Day Lhasa sightseeing 3640m

Lhasa city sightseeing, Visit world famous Potala Palace and Barkhor Bazar.

Taking a visit to Lhasa, a trip to Potala Palace is a must as it is the largest monastery of its type in the world and the highest elevation palace of the world, which the altitude is

up to 3700 meters. Then move to Jokhang Monastery, where monks receive their official training and education. The surrounding Jokang Monastery of is Barkhor Street. Walk along this street of eight corners which will afford us a window into Tibetan culture and an opportunity to buy colorful ethnic handicrafts rarely seen outside of Tibet.

Tips: When you enter into a temple
or monastery in Tibet, please take off
your hats at the entrance to show your respects and follow the clockwise direction for visiting. No smoking, do not touch the Buddha statues, turn the Buddhism scriptures or toll the bell.
The awe-inspiring Potala Palace, perched high above much of Lhasa, is the landmark of the city. The palace which consists of the Red Palace, the White Palace and some

attached buildings was a complex of political and religious function. Now it is a huge treasure house for materials and articles of Tibetan history, religion, culture and arts.
Located at the center of the old Lhasa, Jokhang Temple is the spiritual center of Tibet. Built in 647 by Songtsen Gampo, it has a history of more than 1,300 years. The temple is the fine product of Han, Tibetan and Nepalese architecture techniques. Visitors will be treated to the sight of various exotic and sacred sculptures. Jokhang

Temple also houses many invaluable cultural relics. Every year, the Great Prayer Festival is held here.

Barkhor Street is a famous commercial and commodity-distributing center in Lhasa, consisting of more than 120 handicrafts shops and more than 200 stalls. It is a good choice that should never be missed by tourists coming to Lhasa, for you can buy anything Tibet-related, from sacks of incense, chunks of yak butter to monk outfits. Day 4 : Drive to Shigatse 3890m

08:00 AM – After Breakfast – Drive to Shigatse (270 km ) Meal: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Hotel:

Today we Drive about 270km to Shigatse, Shigatse is the second largest city in Tibet, and you will drive all the way along the Barmaputara, after you arrived at Shigatse, visit the Tashi Lunpo monastery,the traditional sit for Penchen Lama.

Day 5 : Drive to Saga 4400m

08:00 AM – After Breakfast – Drive to Saga (375 km ) Meal: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Hotel: Saga hotel or Xibuyizhang hotel

-Today will be long day drive 8 hours, cross several passes on the way with beautiful landscape.

Day 6 : Drive from Saga to Mansarovar Lake 4450m

08:00 AM – Drive towards Mansarovar Lake crossing beautiful places and stay at the shore of the Lake. Fill spiritual water.Parikrama of Mansarovar Lake by vehicle (2 hrs-110 km) Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner l Hotel: Mudhouse or similar

Cross several high passes between 4500m-5000m, as well as you will have first view of holy Mt.Kailash. take a stop at the first sight and do prostration and pray, drive continue to Manosarovar.

Day 7 : Puja at Manasarovar Lake 4450m

In Manasarovar Lake. Most of the day – Take holy bath and perform Puja (prayer ritual) at Mansarovar Lake Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner l Hotel: Mudhouse or similar

Spend the whole day at Lake Manasarovar, get ready for Kora from the next day.

Day 8 : First Day of Outer Kora – Trek to Dirapuk 4700m

10:00AM – After short drive, we will reach Tarboche and visit Yama Dwar. This is starting point for Kora. We will trek to Dirapuk (4860 m) which is 12 kms trek (5-6 hrs). You will visit North face of Mt. Kailash and touching the feet of Mt. Kailash (Charan Sparsh). Travelers who do not want to trek

around (Parikrama) Kailash can go back to Darchen and wait for rest of the group to arrive from Parikrama.
Meal: Breakfast at Mansarovar, Lunch & Dinner at Mansarovar OR on the way during Parikrama

Hotel: Mansarovar Lake Side Lodge OR Mud house on the way during Parikrama or Stay in Dormitory Guest House at Dirapuk

Day 9 : Second Day of Outer Kora – On to Zuthulphuk with Trek to Dolma La Pass 4900m

07:00AM – Trek from Dirapuk to Dolma La Pass and proceed to Zuthulpuk (22 km trek for 7-8 hours trek). This is the most difficult journey throughout the yatra since you have to trek up to the 18,600 ft. From descend to Gaurikund and further trek along with the river to Zuthul-puk.

Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner l Hotel: Stay at the Lodge (Zuthul-puk)
NOTE: If you are not doing Parikrama, then you will still be waiting at Darchen

Day 10 : Drive to Saga 4400m

08:00AM – After short Trek and reach to the point where the coach will be waiting and we will drive to Darchen and merge with other members who were waiting and drive to Saga.

Meal: Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner Hotel: Saga hotel or Shibuyizhang hotel

Day 11 : Drive to Shigatse 3980m

09:00 AM – After Breakfast – Drive from Shigatse Meal: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner Hotel: Gesar hotel (4 star)

 

Day 12 : Drive to Lhasa 3640m

09:00 AM – After Breakfast – Drive to Lhasa (270 km )
Meal: Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner l Hotel: Tashi Nota Hotel  (4 star)

Day 13 : Transfer to Airport and flight to any mainland cities International Airport and connect a flight to your home

Today, Your guide and driver will drop you to the Airport and bring your memories and blessing from Kailash land of Lord Shiva
